Something a Bit Different on Granny's Tales

This month, I have started a whole new section on Granny's Tales. Initially, I was going to limit it to my own ancestry and there are plenty more stories to be told but I've been researching my children's ancestry for forty five years and it seemed a shame not to share some of those stories too. So there's now a whole new page dedicated to 'The Other Side' and one lengthy story so far, which covers a sixteenth of my children's heritage. This is the story of seafarers and shoemakers from south Hampshire but there are coopers, a baker and a housemaid thrown in for good measure. You can meet the Sweetingham family and those connected to them, here.
